Bounce & Bike is our one of a kind class that incorporates the spin bike and the trampoline for an incredible, full body cardio workout! We'll kick off with heart-pounding spin biking, riding to the beat with intense intervals. Then, we'll transition to the trampoline, bouncing and grooving to choreographed moves set to music. It's a high-energy, full-body workout that's as exhilarating as it is effective. Join us for the ultimate cardio and fun-filled experience!

Hip Hop Step
Our Hip Hop Step class combines the energy of hip hop music with the intensity of step aerobics! In this exhilarating class, we'll groove to the beat while mastering beginner-level hip hop choreography on the stepper equipment. You'll learn fun and easy-to-follow dance moves that are perfectly synchronized with the rhythm of hip hop music. The stepper adds an extra challenge, helping to boost your cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your lower body muscles.

Strength is our inclusive strength training class for all levels! Say goodbye to intimidating, male-dominated gym environments. Our circuit-based workouts target every muscle group, with modifications provided. Join us to build strength, tone muscles, and boost confidence in a supportive atmosphere. Get ready to build your best self, one circuit at a time!
We offer three different Strength classes throughout the week to focus on each section of the body:
Monday - lower body
Wednesday - upper body
Friday - full body

Our Barre fitness class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga for a full-body workout. Using the ballet barre for support, you'll sculpt and tone muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. With upbeat music and expert guidance, it's a fun and effective way to achieve long, lean muscles and a strong, graceful physique. Join us for a workout that will leave you feeling energized and empowered!

Lift
Lift is an empowering small group fitness class designed exclusively for women who are passionate about building strength and muscle through lifting heavy weights. Our program is meticulously crafted to ensure each participant receives personalized attention and guidance, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
Equipment used includes a squat rack, bench, barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. This class is only open to Unlimited Monthly Members and 2 Week Intro Trial clients.
Small Group Setting:
- Limited class size to ensure a close-knit community and individualized attention.
- Maximum of 8 participants per session for optimal coach-to-participant ratio.

Vivant Fusion
Vivant Fusion is a mix of all of all of Vivant’s fitness classes, blended into one! In just 45 minutes, experience a dynamic blend of cardio, strength, barre, Pilates, step, and yoga—all synced to the beat of the music. You'll flow seamlessly through a variety of exercises, catering to all fitness levels. Get ready for a diverse and invigorating workout that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and inspired! Each week is a different music theme!

Strength & Spin
This hybrid class combines the best of cardio and strength training for a full-body workout. Half the class will be high-energy cycling on the spin bike to elevate your heart rate and torch calories. The other half will be focused upper body strength circuits using dumbbells, barbells, and steppers. Expect a dynamic workout that builds endurance, tones muscles, and leaves you feeling strong and empowered! Perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications provided as needed.
