Andrea | Owner & Lead Instructor
Andrea is a the owner and founder of Vivant. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She was a professional dancer and member of the New England Patriots Cheerleaders for two seasons. Andrea is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and wellness practices. It is her mission at Vivant to promote the idea that the benefits of health and fitness go far beyond physical looks.

Amelia | Fitness & Dance Instructor
Amelia is a Certified Personal Trainer and lifelong dancer. Before becoming an instructor, Amelia was an avid member of Vivant, where she found her passion for women’s fitness.
Amelia actively wants to empower clients to find strength both inside and out. As a dancer, she thrives to incorporate rhythm and fluidity into every workout, ensuring fitness remains a joy. By day, Amelia is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in first responders and veterans.

Grace | Strength Instructor
Grace is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for strength training. She discovered her love for strength training during her weight loss journey in 2021. Throughout this experience, she encountered both positive and negative interactions with trainers, which has shaped her approach to teaching. Her goal is for everyone to leave her class feeling strong, confident, and empowered. Having struggled with an eating disorder and being in recovery, Grace understands that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. She aims to show women that they can find their unique path to fitness. By day, Grace is a Kindergarten teacher, bringing the same enthusiasm and care to her fitness classes.

Jenna T. | Fitness & Dance Instructor
Jenna is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and lifelong dancer. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Dean College and was Assistant Director at the Dance Academy of Siagel Productions in Newton MA. Jenna teaches master classes, is a professional choreographer, and judges dance competitions all throughout New England.
Throughout her dance career, Jenna became extremely passionate for health and wellness and has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the past five years. She strives to help others focus on reaching their goals and thrives in being a part of her client’s fitness journey.

Jenna is a Certified Barre Fitness Instructor and lifelong dancer with a passion for movement and transformation. With a strong foundation in dance, she fell in love with barre and its ability to sculpt both body and mind—and she hasn’t looked back since. Through her dynamic, engaging classes, Jenna inspires students to discover their strength, grace, and balance in every movement. Committed to continuous growth and innovation, she brings fresh energy and expertise to every session. Join her on the mat and experience the magic of barre firsthand!

Maddie | Fitness & Dance Instructor
Maddie is a Certified Mat Pilates and Zumba Instructor and a collegiate dancer with a deep passion for movement, fitness, and self-expression. With a background in dance and a love for helping others feel strong and confident, she brings energy, expertise, and encouragement to every class she teaches.
Whether she’s guiding you through a core-sculpting Pilates session, bringing high-energy cardio to Bounce, or helping you find rhythm and confidence in Dance, Maddie’s goal is to make every workout empowering and enjoyable. She is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals, move with intention, and discover the joy of movement.

Courtney | Spin Instructor
Courtney is a Spin instructor with a passion for group fitness. She discovered her love for group fitness, specifically spin, when her college soccer career ended and she needed a new fitness passion. Courtney instantly fell in love with the music, motivation, and the support of a spin class. Courtney grew this passion from a rider in a class to training to become an instructor. Courtney previously taught as a ‘Cyclestar’ at Cyclebar. Courtney wants to bring fun music, challenging speed, heavy hills, and intentional choreography to each class she teaches. Her goal is for you to leave class feeling confident, strong, empowered, and eager for the next class.
