    Andrea is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She was a member of the New England Patriots Cheerleaders for two seasons and teaches a majority of the classes at Vivant! Andrea is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and wellness practices. It is her mission at Vivant to promote the idea that the benefits of health and fitness go far beyond physical looks.

    STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR

    Grace is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for strength training. She discovered her love for strength training during her weight loss journey in 2021. Throughout this experience, she encountered both positive and negative interactions with trainers, which has shaped her approach to teaching. Her goal is for everyone to leave her class feeling strong, confident, and empowered. Having struggled with an eating disorder and being in recovery, Grace understands that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. She aims to show women that they can find their unique path to fitness. By day, Grace is a Kindergarten teacher, bringing the same enthusiasm and care to her fitness classes. She hopes to see you soon!

    Jenna is a passionate barre fitness instructor dedicated to sculpting bodies and minds. With a background in dance and a love for movement, she discovered the transformative power of barre and hasn't looked back since. Through her dynamic classes, she inspires students to find strength, grace, and balance in every movement. With a certification in barre instruction and a commitment to ongoing learning, she continues to innovate and elevate her practice.     BARRE & STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR

    Amelia is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been an avid member of Vivant, where she found her passion for women’s fitness. She initially learned the importance of fitness throughout her college years as an athlete.

    Amelia actively wants to empower clients to find strength both inside and out. As a lifelong dancer, she thrives to incorporate rhythm and fluidity into every workout, ensuring fitness remains a joy. By day, Amelia is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in first responders and veterans. Catch her leading our barre and strength classes — she hopes to see you there!

    FITNESS & DANCE INSTRUCTOR

    Jenna Tateosian has an extensive background in dance and fitness. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Dean College and was Assistant Director at the Dance Academy of Siagel Productions in Newton MA. Jenna now teaches master classes in all genres and does competition choreography throughout New England. She also judges for competitive circuits such as Starquest and Take Center Stage Dance Challenge. Throughout her dance career, Jenna became extremely passionate for health and wellness and has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the past five years. She strives to help others focus on reaching their goals and thrives in being a part of her client’s fitness journey.

    SPIN INSTRUCTOR

    Courtney is a Spin instructor with a passion for group fitness. She discovered her love for group fitness, specifically spin, when her college soccer career ended and she needed a new fitness passion. Courtney instantly fell in love with the music, motivation, and the support of a spin class. Courtney grew this passion from a rider in a class to training to become an instructor. Courtney previously taught as a ‘Cyclestar’ at Cyclebar. Courtney wants to bring fun music, challenging speed, heavy hills, and intentional choreography to each class she teaches. Her goal is for you to leave class feeling confident, strong, empowered, and eager for the next class. When Courtney is not teaching a spin class, she is working as a Child Development Specialist in a preschool or going on walks with her husband and dog, an Australian Cattle Dog named Finn. Courtney is looking forward to seeing you at Vivant and can’t wait to have you in her next spin class!

    From the age of three, Brianna began a journey with dance that has shaped her into the creative individual she is today. Dance quickly became more than just a hobby—it became a true artistic expression. Competing in dance over the years taught her the value of grit and dedication, transforming dance into both an art and a sport in her eyes.

    Now, at 25 years old, Brianna is thrilled to bring her expertise and love for dance to adult classes in her home state of Rhode Island. Over the past few years, she has had the privilege of teaching children in both recreational and competitive settings, specializing in hip-hop. However, her training extends beyond just one style. She is well-versed in various dance forms, including jazz, contemporary, modern, ballet, tap, Irish step, acrobatics, and more.

    STRENGTH INSTRUCTOR

    Estefania is driven by a deep passion for inspiring others to take charge of their health and well-being. Drawing from her own journey, she empowers individuals to pursue their goals with confidence and resilience. Since 2014, she has competed in two NPC fitness competitions and built a rich background in both group fitness instruction and personal training. Estefania’s mission is to create a space where every person leaves feeling accomplished and one step closer to their personal goals.
